  • Refurbished Electronics & Jewelry: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for defective or misrepresented items.

  • Fireplace Preorders: Refundable prior to shipment; once delivered, only if defective.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we are at fault.

Our fireplaces are designed for use with approved biofuels only. Improper use voids all warranties and may result in injury or damage. Follow provided safety instructions carefully.
